Prior to your move in date, we will offer you a personal snagging inspection and a face-to-face handover before the legal completion to provide you with a smooth move in. Cripps Developments will strive to carry out any outstanding works identified at the snagging stage as soon as possible. Every Home will be handed over in a clean and tidy condition.
After legal completion, our customers will be provided with a handover pack containing all the relevant FAQ’s, Premier Guarantee information, Building control certificates and all the manuals for the property. You will be automatically enrolled into a 10-year structural Warranty with Premier Guarantee.
