The champagne was certainly flowing when the industries finest gathered at Manchester’s Palace Hotel for the recent Premier Guarantee House Builder Awards. Organised by specialist warranty providers Premier Guarantee it was a night to remember with brass bands, ratpack singers, paparazzi photographers, show girls and witty anecdotes from host James May of BBCs Top Gear.
Rewarding developers for excellence in their prospective region each was nominated not only for their ability to build dynamic and innovative developments, with a high degree of technical ability, but also for demonstrating a desire to build in a way that reflects the personality of the regions where they work. Cripps Developments Limited were definitely celebrating into the early hours of the morning when Managing Director, Daniel Cripps picked up the award for Best Medium Developer in the South of England. Fighting off stiff competition the company was recognized for its unfailing commitment to excellence in house building.
The award is just another example of Cripps’ success over the years. Combine over 70 years of industry experience brought to the company by Managing Director Daniel Cripps, Finance Director Paul Leach and Director Richard Youngs with the excellence in design and high quality standards and it is clear how Cripps has built up such an enviable reputation.
